financial institution's products and services over the internet, provided that
the financial institution supplies a secure business infrastructure
(firewalls).
ATM
bMASTER Enterprise Banking System supports interfaces with ATM systems
(Base24 and Sparrow from CR2), to support the ATM network of any Financial
Institution, since it is fully ISO 8583 compliant.
Call Center (interface)
bMASTER Enterprise Banking System offers a robust call center
solution, which interfaces with Interactive Voice Response (IVR) systems, that
allows the delivery of a wide range of banking services over the phone. The
interface supports services such as statement fax back, funds transfer,
utilities bills payment, cheque status inquiry, and action requests such as
stop payment on a cheque or a request for a new cheque book.
POS / Debit Cards
bMASTER Enterprise Banking System interfaces with standard POS front-
end processor that supports ISO-8583 protocol, supporting a full range of POS
transactions originating at various merchant outlets.
