Qualifications

Job description

• Design and development of 3-tier applications based on Windows DNA architecture and the Microsoft development tools and technologies (Visual Basic, COM+, Active Server Pages, Visual InterDev, Transaction Server, SQL Server)
• Involvement in the implementation of advanced solutions for Financial Institutions using the state of the art methologies and tools.

Qualifications

• University Degree in Computer Science, preferably in Postgraduate level.
• Fluency in both English and Greek
• Hands -on programming experience in Microsoft Visual Studio Tools (HTL, XML).
• Familiarization with RDBMS systems.

Project Manager
(Ref: 2008/PM)

Position

The Project Manager will be expected to effectively manage resources and deliverables through all phases of the IT development life cycle, from design to final acceptance and go-live milestone. The candidate will work in close coordination with other departments in the organization to deliver enterprise software application modules to new customers and he will have the following Responsibilities:

• Successfully deliver large software development and implementation projects.
• Build well-structured project plans that break projects into defined phases.
• Exhibit excellent communication and leadership skills to establish a common understanding of project timelines, milestones, and delivery expectations.
• Provide direction to project resources, control and monitor development efforts, assemble key project deliverables, and identify issues that require escalation.
• Closely monitor change requests and prevent unapproved requirement modifications.
• Schedule and facilitate project status meetings and advise management on the effects that change requests will have on schedule and resources.
• Motivate and build teams who are dedicated to project delivery.
• Help document processes as they are developed.

Desired Profile

• 6+ years of complex application installation / implementation experience, with significant customer interface
• 4+ years experience implementing package software in large organizations
• Full software development lifecycle experience.
• Knowledge of Web-based architectures (3-Tier)
• Knowledge of Banking industry.
• Program / Project Management skills and experience (work estimates and estimating models).
• Desire to work with a quickly-growing software and implementation services company in the banking sector.
