Collections Platform
Collections Platform has three subcomponents:
Zones Parameterization Tool
Authorized users can create groups of accounts in areas based on several
predefined combined criteria such as:
-
Product criteria
-
Client criteria
-
Account status criteria
-
Time duration criteria (number of installments or days overdue)
-
Amount criteria (delinquent amount or percentage to capital)
Furthermore, we can assign different allocation policies, (centralized or
decentralized, to account officers and we can allocate different zones to
different collection agents) set zone reviewers (users that can monitor the
account allocation per zone).
CRM Actions Definition Tool
Collections agents have an agenda of available actions that can perform in
such a way as to communicate with delinquent customers. Actions can be
parameterized and interrelated, creating business processes. Actions are linked
to results that can end to promise to pay events, or trigger new actions.
CRM Collections UI
Collections agents have through this interface an active agenda of overdue
customers that they must handle. Customer allocation to agents is based on the
user defined criteria set and the number of available agents to each zone.
Manual transfer of clients is possible from one agent to another or to the
supervisor. In CRM Collections UI agents have all the necessary data regarding
customer's delinquency and contact data. Furthermore, collections agents can
also have access to CIF and Customer Care Interface for complete handling of
the Customer Relationship.
