Customer Information File (CIF)
The CIF is the nucleus of the eLoans Consumer Finance Solution, where all information related to individuals and legal entities is managed. eLoans Consumer Finance Solution makes a clear distinction between individuals and companies. This distinction helps to better define the relationship between an individual or a company (a customer or prospective customer) and the financial Institution, to calculate Profitability, risk and to set the ground for CRM.

Account Management
eLoans Consumer Finance Solution incorporates a robust account management, offering extensive customer positions, product portfolio and business information on customer, his relations with third parties, allowing the Institution to have a customer centric view.

On Line Authorization (OLA)
The access to the system's functionality is controlled through this innovative mechanism. It controls the applications' business rules, during the executing of any task within the system. It incorporates an innovative chat mechanism, which allows real-time communication within the business unit of the user or across the WAN for authorization.

Access Control & Security

eLoans Consumer Finance Solution incorporates multiple security mechanisms, enabling the definition of access control and rights management across the system for every role. Using this powerful mechanism the Institute can map its current security (and access rights) measures into the system, and create custom authorization rules for a secure operational environment.

Financial Accounting
The System offers integrated financial accounting compliant with all accounting standards. Financial accounting has an open architecture to import and map transactions from other applications into eLoans Consumer Finance Solution (General Ledger mechanism) and present them from a single point of view as if they were recorded by the System.

End of Period (End of day, month, year)
eLoans Consumer Finance Solution incorporates an innovative end-of-period mechanism (which can run simultaneously during working hours) which allows the bank to have a complete financial position at the end of the day.

General Ledger
General Ledger Engine generates all general ledger entries from daily transactions carried out by the Front-End or/any other banking applications.

Management Information System
eLoans Consumer Finance Solution offers an integrated Business Intelligence and reporting solution, based on the tools and solutions of Microsoft SQL Server 2000 technology and on a robust business model that covers all the information needs of a bank.

Product Factory
The System has a very powerful product definition environment which allows fast time-to-market launch. Product designer incorporates an on-line audit trail, keeping the product history, along with the evolution of each product in time.

Loans
eLoans Consumer Finance Solution supports an extensive range of loan products. In all cases loans can be secured with collaterals and can be related to structured limits.

APPROVAL PLATFORM
Loans origination
It is a complete loan application processing system, which manages the approval process of the loan. It tracks the progress of application on every stage of the life cycle (custom tailored for the organization).

Limits
eLoans Consumer Finance Solution offers an advanced limits management functionality, that allows the Institution to monitor and manage its exposure.

Scoring
Although each bank has its own credit scoring methodology, this mechanism is designed to meet any credit scoring methodology (score card) and minimize the bank's exposure (and credit risk associated with the granted loan) by processing the application data, assigning weights to each part of the application and finally indicating access if the loan will come default.

Collaterals
Along with the limit management module, the bank has an overview of its risk exposure with the collateral module that supports any type of collaterals. It offers a Collateral registry and linking of collaterals to accounts

Internal Credit Bureau (ICB) is a central database that holds all customer information from all worlds covering risk management needs (caution list information, customer identification, collection classification, etc).

  • COLLECTIONS PLATFORM
    Collections Platform is a modern arrears management solution, which manages the coordination of efforts for collection of arrears from any type of products (loans and credit cards, overdraft, & excess). The solution is based on a flexible business model for arrears management, and can be applied either at the call center division (which manages the collection of arrears) or external collection agents.
  • CUSTOMER CARE PLATFORM
    Especially designed and integrated optionaly with Genesys call Center Platform, customer care module with its agent desktop functionality automates the handling of inbound and outbound interactions. Additionally with customer care module the customer service dept. of the financial firm has a single customer view all current vital information from application up to now, can perform all financial and managerial transactions applicable to customer accounts (funds disbursement, loan rescheduling, document & information requests, reissue of documents and statements, change of demographic data. At the same time it can function as a direct sales tool.
  • BUSINESS PARTNERS WEB PLATFORM
    It is a web interface at the point of sale that provides product information, sales tools, and a loan application mechanism. Business Partners can also be informed for their approved or rejected applications, their commissions earned and other related information.

The guaranties offered cover total loss as well as theft, which gives an additional financial guarantee to the Financial Institution

Life insurance (Death and disability)
eLoans Consumer Finance Solution will support management of Life insurance (death and disability) for all loan customers.

Life insurance can serve as a form of loan guarantee for the Financial Institution The insurance premium will be calculated as
